WHAT YOU'LL BE TAUGHT
The three-week Volvo Penta manufacturer-specific training provides students with hands-on training with Volvo Penta’s innovative marine engines and propulsion systems.18 This specialized training covers key areas such as electronic fuel injection, joystick docking technology, sterndrive and inboard propulsion, and Volvo Penta’s proprietary Electronic Vessel Control (EVC) system.
Students will learn how to diagnose, repair and maintain Volvo Penta engines using factory-approved tools and procedures. The training includes troubleshooting fuel and electrical systems, understanding hybrid and diesel engine technology, and learning the intricacies of Volvo Penta’s IPS (Inboard Performance System), which revolutionized the marine industry with its efficiency and maneuverability.FIND YOUR CAMPUS
