Graduates earn brand-specific Harley-Davidson credentials and are qualified to apply for employment in a Harley-Davidson-authorized dealership.
Students have the opportunity to acquire Harley-Davidson University PHD (Professional Harley-Davidson) course credit for vehicle and chassis service, and electrical diagnostics. The training also includes the opportunity to qualify for advanced placement through the Harley-Davidson Technician Recognition program.

HARLEY-DAVIDSON TRAINING PROGRAM

UTI is the only career education school that offers a Harley-Davidson-specific, 30-week curriculum that is aligned with Harley-Davidson University. The program is available after 18-week core training, and teaches hands-on servicing and repair skills of late-model Harley-Davidson motorcycles and day-to-day dealership operations.
As you train, you’ll have the opportunity to earn valuable Harley-Davidson recognized PHD course credits.11

HARLEY-DAVIDSON SCREAMIN' EAGLE
Students expand their knowledge by completing the Harley-Davidson Screamin’ Eagle performance training. This three-week course will familiarize students with the Screamin’ Eagle line of performance options. They learn about the performance applications of components such as cylinder heads, camshafts, ignition systems, and intake and exhaust systems. The emphasis is on learning the correct application and combination of these performance components.
HARLEY-DAVIDSON EARLY MODEL
Students expand their knowledge to include the design, repair and maintenance of Harley-Davidson vehicles dating back to 1936. This hands-on experience with classic motorcycles provides students with well-rounded training and the ability to pursue their passion of working with classic Harley-Davidson bikes after graduation.

ASSESSMENT PROCESS
At UTI, the Harley-Davidson PHD program allows students to begin learning the PHD assessment process while performing the lab tasks in the courses. Hands-on PHD assessment is an essential element in the Harley-Davidson Technician Recognition program, which, upon students' successful completion, makes it possible for graduates to enter the industry with important dealer training satisfied.
Participating students have the opportunity to acquire the following Harley-Davidson University PHD course credits:
- Vehicle and Chassis Service (VCS)
- Electrical Diagnostics
