UTI Lisle’s 51-week Automotive Technology program teaches students the fundamentals of automotive engine service and repair, vehicle brake systems, vehicle electronic systems and technology and more!⁷ Graduates earn diplomas and one of the two years of hands-on experience required to test for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification.¹⁸

The Diesel Technology program at UTI Lisle lasts just 45 weeks and concludes with a diploma showcasing graduates’ training.⁷ Throughout the program, students learn about diesel truck brake systems and chassis, hydraulic systems, transport refrigeration and more. The Industrial Maintenance Technician program is designed to teach students to maintain, diagnose and repair various types of machinery in the manufacturing and power-generating industries. Students take exciting courses relating to gas turbine theory, advanced electrical, boilers and more.
