UTI ORLANDO STUDENT HOUSING ASSISTANCE

Housing While You Attend Universal Technical Institute’s Orlando Campus

At the Orlando campus, Student Services teams with Compass Rose to assist students who need help securing housing. Compass Rose provides a full range of housing services and works closely with students to determine the best options. Below are the services available to assist in your relocation.

SHARED HOUSING

Compass Rose offers a shared housing program in full-size apartments that are typically within 10 miles of campus. Apartment rent, furniture, basic utility allowance and roommate matching are all included in your monthly housing payment. All students are on individual leases, which locks in pricing that isn’t impacted by roommates.

The typical setup is four students in a two-bedroom apartment. Some Compass Rose arrangements allow for private rooms.
